Where to Find Your Tourism Establishment License

• Log into Operator Self-Serve and click on the MY ESTABLISHMENTS tab and then the establishment of interest (if more than one).

From the summary tab (see image below), click the COPY OF LICENSE button in the top left corner (desktop view). This will trigger an email to  the associated address with a PDF file of the license.

A new tab with a pdf document will open on your computer; this is your establishment license..

You will then see a green note indicating that a copy of your license has also been emailed. 

• If you do not see this email right away, check your spam or junk folder. 
• Print and prominently display this tourism accommodation license at your establishment (see sample below).
• If you have already renewed a license for the upcoming fiscal period, you will be able to print your new license on April 1st.
